Chief Executive, Peabody
Brendan became Chief Executive of Peabody in July 2017 following the merger with Family Mosaic which he had led since 2001. Brendan has always worked in housing, but originally graduated in civil engineering.
From 2013-2015, Brendan was chair of the London g15, which represents London’s 15 largest housing associations.
His passion is for excellent customer service and Peabody’s strong social purpose.
Peabody owns 55,000 homes for rent and shared ownership in London and the South East. It is also a large developer of new homes, a provider of care and support to those that need help to live independently and an investor in tenants and their communities. Peabody is also committed to providing 20,000 new homes on land that it already owns at Thamesmead, London’s new town. Peabody aims to help people make the most of their lives by providing good quality affordable homes, working with communities and promoting wellbeing.
